Author Guidelines
The Online Journal of Health Ethics (OJHE) is inviting submission of original research and other scholarly works. The purpose of this journal is to provide a forum for the expression of ethics related to health in a scholarly format. Works to be considered for publication include, but are not limited to, case studies, dilemmas, poems, art, full length articles, book reviews and short stories.
Manuscripts
Include a cover letter with the following:
· Title of the manuscript
· Name(s) of author(s)
· Brief biosketch of each author (name, credentials, position/title, place of employment), not more than three lines per author
· Address(es) (each author)
· Fax and Phone numbers (each author)
· E-mail address (es ) (each author)
Information for Authors
· Latest APA format, American Psychological Association, Fifth Edition, 2001
· Do not exceed 15 pages including references, tables, and appendices
· Font is 12 point Times New Roman, single-spaced and typed on 8 ½ x 11 inch paper with margins of 1 inch on all edges
· Please italicize references in the reference list and
· Submit an abstract not over 150 words which summarizes as completely as possible the objectives, results and conclusions of the article.
· List five keywords associated with the manuscript on the abstract page.
· All manuscripts undergo blind peer review.
· Permission is obtained from authors to publish works and assign copyright to OJHE.
· All published works become the property of the OJHE.
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

Copyright for articles published in this journal is retained by the authors, with first publication rights granted to the journal. By virtue of their appearance in this open access journal, articles are free to use, with proper attribution, in educational and other non-commercial settings.
